Your education and experience:

  • You have experience in recruitment and/or staffing
  • You are fluent in English and preferably in Dutch
  • You take pride in your communication, problem solving skills and you are super target driven.
  • You have ideally been educated to Bachelor or Master degree level.
  • Previous experience with SaaS products, particularly Salesforce, would be beneficial. But it’s not a condition precedent.
  • You have experience conducting outbound sales (not afraid to pick up the phone)

The offer:

Business Development Representatives (BDRs) are responsible for expanding a company’s customer base. They use prospecting strategies to identify prospects and they initiate the first outreach with potential customers. The goal is to help book meetings and fill the pipelines for the Account Executives.

About your role

  • You will work with the Account Executives to build a strategy on identifying new clients via outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • You are responsible for designing a prospecting workflow and a plan of action to achieve your target.
  • You will be targeting and engaging with relevant stakeholders at the prospective client’s business and scheduling Discovery meetings with the m|ployee Account Executives

m|ployee is growing fast and there will be lots of opportunity for the right candidate to progress from the Business Development Representative (BDR) role into that of an Account Executive (AE) role. As an Account Executive there will be travel opportunities and when closing your own deals, you can expect to earn a six-figure income.
